Dear All, I am pleased to announce that I have successfully completed the training program titled "A Practical Introduction to Hardware Hacking", organized by Securitum and led by Piotr Rzeszut. This training provided valuable insights into concepts such as replay attacks and stack overflows, which were explained in great detail. Additionally, I learned effective techniques for reading data from hardware devices and gained a deeper understanding of the functionality of specific microprocessors. Interestingly, many of the tools required for hardware data analysis, such as the CH341A programator (which I use for BIOS updates on older PCs)were already part of my personal toolkit. This experience has sparked a greater curiosity in me about hardware functionalities. I plan to apply my new knowledge to projects involving my Arduino (hopefully without any unintended mishaps :P). However, the training also highlighted a concerning aspect, the insufficient security measures integrated into certain devices, making them highly vulnerable for exploitation.

Practical knowledge is always ...... we designed and implemented an advanced Active Directory (AD) setup to manage domains, users, policies, and DNS configurations in a Windows Server environment. Project Highlights: Domain Structure: Configured ITI.LOCAL and Alex.ITI.LOCAL domains with secure policies and efficient operations. User Roles & Policies: USR1@ITI.LOCAL: Restricted from logging into PC1 on Fridays. User2@ITI.LOCAL: Allowed to log into PC1 and access DC1 remotely (without being a domain admin). User3@ITI.LOCAL: Automatically receives putty.msi installed on PC1 from a domain admin. User3 & User4@ITI.LOCAL: Restricted from using flash drives or the control panel, with desktop wallpapers set to the ITI logo. User4@ITI.LOCAL: Can browse http://www.web1.com authoritatively from DNS when on PC1. User6@Alex.ITI.LOCAL: Allowed to log into PC1 when in the Smart Village and browse https://www.web2.com from their local DNS in a secondary zone.
